One of the first things you’ll notice is how light they feel. Achieves features a composite safety toe cap, which is significantly lighter than traditional steel caps. Importantly, it doesn’t compromise on protection. It’s certified to AU and ASTM safety standards, meaning it meets the same impact and compression requirements as steel .. just without the added weight that contributes to fatigue across the day.

Unlike most safety boots, Achieves is not a downsized men’s fit. It’s built around the shape and structure of a woman’s foot, providing a more secure fit, better alignment and less movement inside the boot. That difference matters, especially across long shifts where poor fit leads to rubbing, instability and fatigue.

Comfort isn’t just about softness .. it’s about support and structure. Inside the boot, every layer is designed to work together. The bio mechanical footbed supports your arch and helps maintain alignment, while the deep heel cup stabilises your foot and distributes pressure more evenly. A supportive, shock absorbing midsole reduces impact with every step, and the heel-to-toe pitch encourages more natural movement and helps reduce strain through your lower legs. Underfoot, the slip resistant outsole provides grip and stability across different surfaces.

Achieves also features an easy access side zip, so once you’ve set your laces to the right fit, you can zip on and off without compromising support throughout the day.

Regular care of your shoes and boots has multiple advantages. 

It will give you maximum footwear performance, will keep your shoes in top-top condition to ensure proper support and comfort (and not to mention safety), and will extend the lifespan of your shoes.

TO CLEAN NUBUCK LEATHER FOOTWEAR

Gather Materials: Nubuck brush, cleaner, clean cloth, waterproofing spray and bowl of water.
Brush off dirt: Use a nubuck brush to gently remove surface dirt and dust.
Spot clean: Dampen a cloth with water and lightly dab any spots.
Apply cleaner: Follow the product instructions to apply a nubuck/suede specific cleaner (do not over saturate).
Brush again: After the cleaner has dried, use the nubuck brush to restore the nap.
Remove stubborn stains: For tough stains, use a nubuck eraser or a specialised nubuck cleaning block.
Dry properly: Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
Protect: Once dry, apply a waterproofing spray to shield against future stains and water damage (and help lock the colour in!).
Condition (optional but highly recommended): Use a nubuck conditioner to maintain the leather's suppleness, especially if you do wear your shoes in a harsh outdoors environment.
Store correctly: Store shoes in a cool, dry place.

Always ensure the products you are using are suitable for nubuck or suede (napped) leathers.
