Not quite right? We've got your back with our easy returns policy.
We want you to love your she wear purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30 day returns on full priced, unworn items purchased from our website (except socks, briefs and crop bra) within Australia. For international customers, we offer 45 day returns.
If you have received shoes and are unsure of the fit, please check the tips listed on the At Home Fitting page and our Expert Fit Tip page. Often, just a very small tweak will resolve a fit issue! Otherwise our Customer Support team are here to help with any fit questions - we are shoe experts and have helped thousands of women to find comfy, happy feet.
For your first return, we offer free return labels within Australia. Exchanges are completely free, however if you opt for a refund there will be a $10 handling fee deducted from your refund. Please keep reading for full returns policy and process.
Follow these simple steps

1. Check Returns policy
Before lodging a return via our Returns Portal, please ensure :
- You purchased from shewear.com.au at full price within 30 days (Australia) or 45 days (international). Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return (unless faulty).
- The item/s MUST be in original, unworn and re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed/cleaned and unaltered).
- No tape on shoe boxes - place inside another box or satchel (or re-use she wear recycled satchel).
- Socks, briefs and crop bras cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
- Free gifts: must be returned or full RRP deducted from refund. Adapt Pack missing? $50 fee applies.
- Multi-buy discounts: returning part of your order will void the discount and the kept item(s) will be charged at full price.
- Only 1 return per order is permitted. You may return multiple items from the 1 order, but they must be lodged and returned together.
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
Gift card purchases will be refunded back as a gift card.

• If you’re covering return shipping, use a trackable insured service - we’re not responsible for lost/damaged parcels.
• We may refuse future orders if we notice excessive/unreasonable return patterns.
• Items bought from other stockists must be returned directly to them.

2. Lodge online return
Once you’ve checked our returns policy and you’re good to go, simply lodge your return through our online portal - it’s quick and easy for all countries.
Have your full order number (e.g. S1234) and postcode ready, then follow the prompts.
Australia: You’ll receive an email with your free return shipping label.
Overseas: You’ll receive instructions on how to send your items back.

3. where to return
Once you’ve lodged your return through the Returns Portal and received confirmation, post it back to us in secure packaging (re-use the she wear recycled satchel or use your own but please remember to not damage the shoe box/packaging).
In Australia, track your free return via the label email. International customers should use a tracked, insured courier as returns are your responsibility until received at our HQ.
We process returns within 4 business days of arrival and will email you once complete .. please allow 5 business days before following up.
