Thrives is our lightweight, breathable safety shoe built for all day support and protection. Whether you're behind the wheel, on the shop floor or moving fast in a warehouse, this safety sneaker keeps up without weighing you down.

Crafted with a specially designed, breathable multi-layer fabric upper that's lightweight, cushioned, moisture wicking and soft on the foot. Our Thrives safety shoe features an airport friendly composite safety cap for toe protection, a bio mechanical anti fatigue footbed for all day support, a shock absorbing midsole to reduce impact, and a slip resistant rubber outsole for dependable grip on the ground.

No bulk, no stiffness - just serious comfort and performance for women who need to move safely, confidently and comfortably.

Care & Cleaning

Regular care of your shoes and boots has multiple advantages. 

It will give you maximum footwear performance, will keep your shoes in top-top condition to ensure proper support and comfort (and not to mention safety), and will extend the lifespan of your shoes.

TO CLEAN MESH

Gather supplies: Soft brush, mild soap, soft cloths, waterproofing spray and bowl of water.
Brush off dirt: Use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove dirt and dust from the surface being careful not to snag the knit.
Prepare cleaning solution: Mix mild soap with water and dip the cloth into the solution and gently clean the shoe (do not oversaturate). Wipe off any soap residue.
Dry properly: Pat the shoes with a dry cloth and let them air dry away from direct heat.
Protect: Once dry, apply a waterproofing spray to shield against future stains and water damage.
Store correctly: Store shoes in a cool, dry place.

In 2013, after a nail-through-the-foot accident on a building site, our founder Stacey set out on a mission to find a pair of good fitting women's work boots. Shocked to discover only men's or "unisex" options that were heavy and uncomfortable, Stacey took matters into her own hands and created she wear's first range of safety boots tailored specifically for women.

    Finally great work shoes

    I was struggling to find comfortable work shoes that had a composite toe ( requirement for work ). I was also developing plantar fasciitis. She shoes have given me great relief as well as looking smart.

    Super comfy from the get go!

    These safety shoes a really comfortable, the first time I wore them, I wore them all day. No aches, no rubbing, no blisters. Not heavy to wear.

    This is the first brand of women's safety footwear that I can fit, normally I have to buy men's safety shoes / boots.

    Perfection

    I work at Bunnings so I am walking on concrete floors all day. I needed new shoes and purchased another brand. I wore them for 3 days and was in agony. So I had to buy another pair and was so nervous about it. I discovered Thrives and they looked like the perfect shoe I needed but I was scared they would hurt like the other brand. I couldn't have been more wrong. I wore them to work and all day was expecting them to start hurting but they are honestly like wearing slippers but with support. I really noticed how my ankles felt supported. I absolutely love them and couldn't be happier. My Team mates have been commenting on my new shoes so I am telling everyone how great they are and where to buy them.     No more bandaids

    For the first time in 15 years, no more strapping up toes. I work at Bunnings and walk about 13 kilometres a day in store. I did take out the inner soles just to free up a little more space, replaced them with gel. I’m a 7.5 and ordered a 7 and this is the perfect size. My toes giving high fives to each other. 😝
