Who is she wear?
We are an Australian women’s footwear brand born from frustration with shoes that just didn’t fit real women’s feet. What started in 2013 with one woman’s experience on a job site .. and a desire for better fitting, more comfortable work boots .. has grown into a full range of supportive footwear designed for women at work and at play.
We design every shoe from the ground up using bio mechanical principles and women-first fit, not by shrinking and reshaping men’s styles. Today she wear creates comfortable, functional shoes, walk shoes, work shoes and safety boots with a deep understanding of how women move.
Our mission is simple: to give women better choices in comfort, support and fit, backed by detailed product design, excellent customer service and footwear that performs in real life.

Will your shoes help me with my foot pain?
We have many customers with problematic feet such as arthritis, plantar fasciitis and ankle issues who LOVE our shoes. There is a lot of consideration that goes into our designs, so this is no accident!
