Who is she wear?
We are an Australian women’s footwear brand born from frustration with shoes that just didn’t fit real women’s feet. What started in 2013 with one woman’s experience on a job site .. and a desire for better fitting, more comfortable work boots .. has grown into a full range of supportive footwear designed for women at work and at play.
We design every shoe from the ground up using bio mechanical principles and women-first fit, not by shrinking and reshaping men’s styles. Today she wear creates comfortable, functional shoes, walk shoes, work shoes and safety boots with a deep understanding of how women move.
Our mission is simple: to give women better choices in comfort, support and fit, backed by detailed product design, excellent customer service and footwear that performs in real life.

Do she wear safety boots meet certified safety standards?
Yes. Our women's safety boots are certified safety footwear and include protective features such as 200 joule impact resistant safety toe caps (steel and composite options available).
Depending on the style, you may also find slip-resistant outsoles, penetration-resistant midsoles, heat or acid resistance, and water-resistant uppers. We list each style's exact specifications on the product page and provide full certification details on our Certifications page.
