1. Check the Returns Policy
Please note, returns received after 24 December, will be processed between 4 and 6 January.
Return timeframe has been extended to 45 days for orders placed between 1 and 24 December.
We want you to love your she wear purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer FREE 30 Day returns on full priced items purchased (from our website) within Australia. For international customers, we offer 45 Day returns, though you will need to arrange the return at your own expense.
We recommend all purchases are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to meet the returns timeframe. If you have received shoes and are unsure of the fit, please check the tips listed on the At Home Fitting page. These often help to resolve many fit issues.

2. Online Returns
If you've checked the returns policy and are good to G-O, we have a super-simple online portal to lodge returns for all countries.
You'll need to grab your order number. This can be found in your original confirmation email, or if you have an online account, just log in and check your order history to find your order number.
Once you have entered your order number and email address, just follow the prompts to lodge your return. You can select whether you would prefer (if applicable) an exchange, store credit or refund.
Once your return is lodged, your items will need to be received by HQ prior to processing. In Australia, watch out for an email which may contain your free returns shipping label. International orders will receive an email which outlines how items can be returned to HQ.
Please remember, that only one return per order is permitted and your order must have been processed via our online website. This means you may return multiple items from the one order, but the items must all be returned together, at the same time by lodging them through the Online Returns Portal.

3. Where to Return
Once you have lodged a return via the Online Returns Portal, it's as simple as posting it back to our HQ!
In Australia, watch out for an email which may contain your free returns shipping label. International orders will receive an email which outlines how items can be returned to HQ.
Please ensure your items are packaged securely (re-use the original she wear shipping satchel with two adhesive strips, or provide your own packaging)
