We want you to love your she wear purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30 day returns on full priced, unworn items purchased from our website (except socks, briefs and crop bra) within Australia. For international customers, we offer 45 day returns.

If you have received shoes and are unsure of the fit, please check the tips listed on the At Home Fitting page. These often help to resolve many fit issues. Otherwise our Customer Support team are here to help with any fit questions - we are shoe experts!

For your first return, we offer free return labels within Australia. Exchanges are completely free, however if you opt for a refund there will be a $10 handling fee deducted from your refund. 

1. Check the Returns Policy

Please ensure the below conditions are met before submitting your return request via the online Returns Portal:

• The original item/s were purchased from at our website, at full price and returned within 30 days (Australia) or 45 days (international).
• The item/s MUST be in original, unworn and re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed/cleaned and unaltered).
• Socks, briefs and crop bras cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• The item/s was not on sale - 15% and over discounts are Final Sale and not eligible for a return (unless the item is deemed faulty).
• Packaging and tags are in original condition - workwear tags are attached, original packaging/shoe box is undamaged and Adapt Pack and/or any free products are included (please don't put tape on the shoe box and insert the box into external packaging such as a post bag (or use the satchel you received your order in).
• If a free gift was received, this must be returned otherwise it will be deducted at full RRP from your refund or you will need to return at your expense prior to your exchange being processed.
Only 1 return per order is permitted.  You may return multiple items from the 1 order, but must be lodged and returned together.

Returned item/s that do not meet the listed conditions will be deemed invalid for a return and shipped back to you, at your expense.

Items purchased with a gift card may be returned, with any applicable refund to be provided in gift card format or store credit (not cash).


Free items :
If you have received a free item and you require a refund or an exchange, this free item MUST be returned (unworn and tags intact), otherwise you will be deducted the price of that free item from your refund or you will need to arrange the return of it at your expense. If the Adapt Pack (included with the She Supports, She Discovers and She Succeeds ranges) is not included with your returned shoes, a $50 fee will be deducted.


Items with multi buy discount offer :
If you purchase an item with a multi buy discount offer (eg. "buy x and get xx% off"), the discount no longer applies if one item is returned.  Therefore, the item not refunded will be reassessed at full price and your refund will reflect this. Please also note, refund admin fee applies (refer to refund T&Cs).


If your item/s are returnable as per our conditions, your options are :

AUSTRALIA
• You may choose between an exchange for the same product in a different size or colour, or a refund.
• We will provide you with a free shipping label and if you opt for an exchange we will process this at absolutely no cost to you. If you opt for a refund, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (along with any original shipping fees).
• Only 1 free return label per order is provided.

NEW ZEALAND 
• You may choose between an exchange for the same product in a different size or colour, or refund.
• You must return the item/s at your expense however if you opt for an exchange, we will bear the courier cost to get the new exchanged product/s back to you.
• If you opt for a refund, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (along with any original shipping fees).

OTHER INTERNATIONAL
• We only offer refunds due to system limitations (sorry). Please note, original paid shipping costs and a refund handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.


Timeframes :
Returns are processed within 4 business days of receipt at our HQ. An email confirmation will be sent to you once processed.  Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment (including Afterpay - AU only) and may take up to 10 business days to clear due to financial providers. 


If you have received a faulty or incorrect item/s : 
In the rare case you have unwrapped your item and found what you believe is a defect or is incorrect, please do not wear/use the item. Instead, Click through to the returns portal and lodge a return.


How return shipping works :

AUSTRALIA
• The online Returns Portal will email you a return shipping label, which ensures free return delivery (re use the original she wear shipping satchel with two adhesive strips, or provide your own packaging). The free returns shipping will provide tracking information.
• If you opt for an exchange, this is completely free to you. If you opt for a refund, a $10 refund handling fee will apply.
• If you originally paid for an Australian delivery service (orders under $150 or express shipping), the refund will not include the original shipping costs.

NEW ZEALAND
• You will need to organise your own return shipping, and all associated costs are to be covered for you.
• Process a return request through the Returns Portal and you will receive a confirmation email.
• If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping to get the new item/s back to you.
• Refunds will not include the original shipping costs and a $10 refund handling fee will apply.

INTERNATIONAL
• You will need to organise your own return shipping, and all associated costs are to be covered by you.
• Process a return request through the Returns Portal and you will receive a confirmation email.
• Any approved refunds will not include the original shipping costs and a $10 refund handling fee will apply.

If you are covering the return postage (for Australia or international), we recommend utilising a reputable courier/freight service which provides tracking information, and insurance against loss or damage to the full value of your item/s. We will not be held accountable for loss or damage during transit. If your item is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for liaising with the courier service.


If unreasonable patterns of returns are noticed, or the purchase and temporary use of the item/s are for the creation of online content/professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.


If you have purchased a she wear product from an independent stockist, please contact that stockist directly to check their returns policy. We are unable to accept returns of products purchased outside of our online store or Brisbane showroom.

2. Online Returns

If you've checked the returns policy and are good to G-O, we have a super-simple online portal to lodge returns for all countries.   You'll need to grab your order number (input it in its full form, eg. S1234) and include your post code and just follow the easy prompts!

Afterwards, watch out for an email which will contain your free return shipping label if you're in Australia, or if you're located overseas an email outlining how your items can be returned.

3. Where to Return

Once you have lodged a return via the Online Returns Portal and received the confirmation email, it's as simple as posting it back to our HQ!

Please ensure your items are packaged securely and packaging and/or shoe box are not damaged (re-use the original she wear shipping satchel with two adhesive strips, or provide your own packaging).

For Australian orders, you can track your free return with the tracking number provided in your free shipping label email notification.

For international orders, we recommend utilising a reputable courier/freight service which provides tracking information, and insurance against loss or damage to the full value of your item/s as the liability of the returns sits with you.

Returns are processed within 4 business days of receiving back at our HQ.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once processed. Please wait at least 5 business days for confirmation -  we please ask you don't follow up prior to this timeframe.
