Shipping Policy
Our warehouse team moves quickly .. most orders are packed and handed to our couriers within a day or two of being placed. That speed does mean there's often no window to change an order once it's through, so it's worth taking a moment at checkout to double check your delivery address and order details.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Purchases under $200 : $12.95 flat rate standard shipping (3-7 business days)
Purchases over $200 : FREE standard shipping (3-7 business days)
EXPRESS premium courier via Startrack : $19.95 (1-3 business days)
Standard shipping
If you are receiving standard delivery, and are not at home for delivery, your parcel will be redirected back to your local post office for collection, or your parcel may be safe dropped at your property. *If redirected to your local post office, please refer information below re collection timeframe.
Keep an eye out on your emails for delivery notifications and we strongly suggest to sign up for the Australia Post free MyPost app to ensure you receive tracking information and messages directly from Australia Post. NB Australia Post no longer leaves "sorry we missed you" cards.
All standard shipping is sent via Australia Post’s regular postal service and typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Please allow additional time if you are located in a rural or remote location. This delivery service does deliver to PO boxes.
Express shipping ($19.95)
Our express service utilises Startrack Couriers and all parcels are sent with automatic authority to leave (ATL), which means your parcel will be left at your address even if you are not at home (and left without a signature). This service does not deliver to PO boxes as this is a courier option (and they do not deliver to PO boxes).
If you wish to send to a PO box and you choose the express shipping option, we will send via Australia Post express post service (which is slightly slower than Startrack).
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available for pick up from our retail store at 68 Racecourse Road, Hamilton. You will be emailed when your order is ready for collection which is generally within 24-48 hours of order.

Please note, delivery timeframes are as suggested by our couriers and cannot be guaranteed. Once orders are collected by couriers from our warehouse, we cannot control timeframes.
We dispatch each Mon, Wed and Fri (except for Qld public holidays where we'll dispatch the next business day) - cut off is 1pm AEST for same day dispatch. Startrack paid express service is dispatched daily - cut off 1pm for same day dispatch.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number in the email and you’ll be able to view the status of your package. If you have not received a shipping email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your junk folder. If you are unable to locate the confirmation in the junk folder, please contact us.
Once the parcel has been delivered to the nominated shipping address, she wear takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Startrack Courier express delivery typically takes 1-2 business days (once dispatched) and Australia Post express (PO box option) takes 2-4 business days. Please allow additional time if you are located in a rural or remote location.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can add shipping protection to your order for $4. This covers your parcel against loss, damage or theft while it's in transit, from the time it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your address. As above, once your order has been delivered to the address you've provided, she wear isn't responsible for damage or theft, and shipping protection doesn't extend beyond delivery either. If something goes wrong before your parcel arrives, get in touch and we'll review your claim; once approved, we'll arrange a replacement.

* NON COLLECTION OF ITEMS AFTER DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE : If your order is delivered to your local post office (or redirected there if it can't be delivered to you personally), you’ll have 2 weeks to collect it. If your package isn’t collected within this time, Australia Post will return it to our warehouse. To have it re-sent, a $12.95 re-delivery fee will apply. If you elect for a refund, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for all import customs/duties that may be payable at your country’s entry point. It is your duty of care to check your country’s import guidelines.If you receive notification from your local delivery supplier that duty is payable, you must contact them within 14 days to arrange payment. If your item/s are returned to us due to non-payment of the duty, a $20 fee will apply.

We currently offer automatic check out and ship up to 11 lbs / 5 kg to the USA. For orders under 6.6 lbs / 3 kg, the shipping rate is USD29.
All international orders are sent via express post. Delivery times vary by location, but typically take 5 to 8 business days.
All US taxes and duties are included in the product price. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, so there are no hidden fees when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non refundable.

TRACKING DETAILS
You'll be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Click through to check your parcel's status. If you haven't received a shipping email within 4 days of ordering, check your junk folder, then contact us if needed.

NON DELIVERY
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused by the receiver, or unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details or other delivery issues, it may be abandoned or destroyed by the local postal authority in the destination country. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If the parcel is instead returned to she wear, any return shipping, duties, taxes or associated costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Courier rates apply depending on your country, and rates will display at checkout. If you require a quote for over 5kgs, or if your country is not listed, please contact us.
All international orders are shipped via express post. Arrival times differ depending on your location, but may take 5 to 20 business days.
