Women's Only Fit

Many women’s work shoes are actually made for men. Sry, wot? Yep, it’s weird, but true - shoes that women use for work (including boots, sneakers and joggers) are often designed on a male foot mold. So even though these shoes are sold in “Women’s” or “Unisex” sizes, they are often made to fit a man’s foot. The problem is that a female foot is anatomically different to a male’s, and not just in size.

So we listened to the science, and designed our entire range on a WOMAN’S foot mould. This means she wear provides better support, comfort and lower limb alignment - WINNING!

Beware the Traps

Boot size: When choosing she wear boots, don’t be guided by the size you take in another boot brand (y’know they are probably a man’s fit). Instead, use your everyday shoe size as a guide. Or check our comprehensive Size Guide.

Narrow/Wide feet: See our Fit Tips on this page and look at the “SUITS” section. It lists which foot profiles are suitable for this shoe. For wider feet, ignore suggestions that your wider profile is better suited to a man’s shoes - a male (or unisex) shoe will not provide a proper female fit, especially for your heels, ankles or arches.
