Full Description

We want you to be safe on site, and our Excels will do just that (and then some)! All the safety specs of our top selling Achieves work boot are included, with the added safety features of a composite Penetration Resistant midsole (PR) with an Electrical Hazard (EH) rating, site regs becoming more commonplace in construction and mining.

Our PR boot is lightweight and airport friendly. We've cleverly used a metal free, puncture resistant, high tenacity mid sole plate which is ultra lightweight, covers the entire sole and offers both comfort and flexibility. This is not possible with a steel penetration plate which only protects around 85% of the sole surface.

Where there is a risk that a person may come in contact with a live electrical circuit, Electrical Hazard (EH) work boots will provide the best possible protection against electrical shock hazard (EH rating is certified to ASTM F2413-18).

Please note, the wheat colour may vary between production runs.
Care & Cleaning

Regular care of your shoes and boots has multiple advantages. 

It will give you maximum footwear performance, will keep your shoes in top-top condition to ensure proper support and comfort (and not to mention safety), and will extend the lifespan of your shoes.

TO CLEAN NUBUCK LEATHER FOOTWEAR

Gather Materials: Nubuck brush, cleaner, clean cloth, waterproofing spray and bowl of water.
Brush off dirt: Use a nubuck brush to gently remove surface dirt and dust.
Spot clean: Dampen a cloth with water and lightly dab any spots.
Apply cleaner: Follow the product instructions to apply a nubuck/suede specific cleaner (do not over saturate).
Brush again: After the cleaner has dried, use the nubuck brush to restore the nap.
Remove stubborn stains: For tough stains, use a nubuck eraser or a specialised nubuck cleaning block.
Dry properly: Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
Protect: Once dry, apply a waterproofing spray to shield against future stains and water damage (and help lock the colour in!).
Condition (optional but highly recommended): Use a nubuck conditioner to maintain the leather's suppleness, especially if you do wear your shoes in a harsh outdoors environment.
Store correctly: Store shoes in a cool, dry place.

Always ensure the products you are using are suitable for nubuck or suede (napped) leathers.

    Better than anything before

    I have a double AA (very narrow) foot so had been absolutely tortured by the safety boots I had bought before - pretend women size. These Excels are still a bit roomy for my feet but infinitely better. Very much recommend these for women with narrow feet.

    Women’s PR safety work boot

    I have been wearing safety boots for 25 years. I wear a women’s size 11 and have had to wear men’s boots for years as until recently women’s boots stopped at size 10. I have three other pairs of She Wear casual shoes which I love so when my old work boots needed replacing I thought I would give the safety boots a go. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. Very supportive and light to wear. I couldn’t be happier and have recommended them to my work colleagues. All round great boots. I love that I’m supporting an Australian company too.

    Great boots

    I'm new to buying safety boots, and my feet are hard to fit as a standard. So after trying other brand work boots on in retail stores and finding them terrible in fit, I bit the bullet and bought these online (I picked these over the Achieves purely for the wheat colour).

    They are more comfy by far than any I tried straight out of the box. As expected they have needed some wearing in. My heels tend to slip in new shoes, boots even more so. But after some adjustments with the laces (lock lacing for the win!) they're becoming very comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    As I vary so much in size from shoe to shoe I chose to go by my foot measurement, I measured exactly an 8, they fit perfectly.
