It all began with a nail through a foot! On a building site, redeveloping a property, our fearless founder met a nail the nasty way. Once her puncture was patched, Stacey set out to find a supportive women's safety boot. The only options were heavy, ill-fitting "unisex" (translation: men's) boots, with zilch personality.

Fast forward two years, and the first ever she wear safety boots rolled out into the waiting arms of joyous working women everywhere. It was a hallmark moment - the first and only AU female owned and led biz to offer fun coloured work boots, designed by women specifically for women. A mere four months after the first boots launched, the revolution was cemented when they became the female safety boot of choice on The Block television series. Ten years on, Stacey remains hard at work designing women's super safe, ultra supportive work shoes, and now for all industries.

The designs have progressed dramatically since the first boot - Stacey's steadfast determination to utilise cutting edge techniques, new material advancements and fashion projections has continually elevated our shoe technology and style. But behind all of our advancements remains the same motivation - fed up with the lack of readily available choice for working women, we're laser-focused on creating a dedicated space to normalise comfortable and supportive women's work shoes.

  Many shoes on the market aren’t built for all day work wear. We believe in healthy, bio mechanical shoe principles that provide firm structure and support. By using only premium materials, we ensure our shoes are long lasting and designed to keep you comfortable and supported throughout your busy day.
• ALL DAY, LONG TERM SUPPORT
  Lightweight, soft "cushiony" shoes aren't designed to support you all day and the materials will compress and flatten with wear. Our work shoes are crafted with long lasting materials that will offer you day in, day out long lasting support and shock absorption.
• BIO MECHANICAL FOOTBEDS
  Our signature footbeds are crafted with support in all the right places like arch support, a built in metatarsal dome and a cradled heel. Also removable for orthotics if required!
• WE ARE CONSCIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE
  We are on a mission to find the best materials that are less harmful on our environment, like using Gold Rated (certified) leather and organic bamboo in our socks and underwear.
• WE DESIGN "FROM SCRATCH" FOR A FEMALE FOOT
  Our feet are not simply scaled down versions of men's feet.  Our shoes are made from the ground up to suit a female foot shape correctly, our shoes are not unisex (aka a man's shoe!).
