Yes .. support is a core part of how we design our shoes. Our shoes offer :

• Bio mechanical and contoured footbeds designed to support the arch and overall foot alignment

• Structured midsoles to prevent the foot from collapsing or overworking

• Firm heel counters to stabilise the rear of the foot

• A considered heel to toe pitch to help distribute load more evenly through the foot and lower limbs

It’s important to note that everyone’s feet are different .. some people need gentle arch support, others need more structure. That’s why all of our enclosed shoes are orthotic friendly and are customisable to your foot type.

If you’re used to very soft or flat shoes, supportive footwear can feel different at first .. but for most people, that structure is what helps reduce fatigue and discomfort over time.

Our shoes are cleverly designed to support common foot concerns such as tired feet, sore heels, and general discomfort from long hours standing or walking. Our heritage is in women's specific safety work boots, so we know a thing or two about all day comfort!

Our shoes can help alleviate symptoms from foot issues such as plantar fasciitis, arthritis, achilles and ankle problems. But keep in mind alongside wearing quality shoes like ours, we do recommend seeking personalised advice from a medical professional as well!

Each she wear style is designed for different foot shapes, so start by checking the Size & Fit tab on the product page for clear, style specific fit advice relating to width, 1/2 sizes and choosing the right size for your foot type. You can even filter on the collection pages according to your foot type (eg narrow or wide).

Half sizes are a little bit of a myth!  It is purely a width change, and even though a pair of socks can change the fit of your shoes by half a size, we go that one step further and actually design shoes for different female foot widths - we don't believe in a "one style suits all" approach.  So you can choose a style that suits a narrow-average foot, or a style that suits a wider foot.  Clever huh! ;)
