This lightweight Ripstop women’s work shirt will keep you cool and comfortable for all day wear. Ripstop fabric is designed to be durable yet lightweight (just 150gsm!) so a great fabric for long term wear in all types of weather. Sleeves can be rolled up with a hidden sleeve tab for practicality, ventilation at multiple heat stress areas and tabbed pockets to keep everything safe.
We actually wear this design for one of our uniforms shirts – comfy, practical and easy care!

I found the shirt very long and unflattering when buttoned up, so I ended up wearing it unbuttoned over the top of a tshirt, to protect my arms and neck from the sun and insects bites/scratches as I was doing outdoor work. Unbuttoned I wore size 10 but size 12 might be better if wearing buttoned up. Material seems strong and I like the colours this shirt comes in, I have the tan and charcoal.
