We’ve searched high and low for all the very best gear designed specifically to fit females. With multiple brands on offer, sizing is not 100% consistent across all workwear. So we’ve been busy hand measuring every single product, in every size, for it’s exact measurements.

Full Description

One of our fav products (so much so it's one of our uniform shirts)!!

Extremely lightweight (just 100 gsm), this women’s shirt is perfect for any activity in the great outdoors. Made from Ripstop fabric, this durable shirt is crinkle resistant (umm .. yay!), super breathable, offers arm mesh and upper back venting to maximise air flow and has multiple pocket options including a zipped phone chest pocket. Roll up tab sleeves allows you to wear the shirt with sleeves at full length, or to the elbow for practicality.

Added bonus of sun protection and a sun collar to help keep the sun off your neck.

All measurements have been taken in centimetres (cm) in a relaxed state (not stretched). Actual flat flay GARMENT measurements (not body measurements).

    Outdoor shirt

    Great to have a shirt that provides some protection from the UV harmful rays. Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Washes well too. Love the extra zip pocket.

    Great for gardening

    Very comfortable to wear for gardening, great to know you are being protected from the sun. I would love if the zip pocket could be a little bigger to accommodate a larger phone. This is the 3rd shirt I have ordered, I can’t imagine gardening without wearing one!

    These shirts were delivered this morning and all I've done is try one on.

    What can I say, a shirt that actually fits! As a mature larger woman, (size 24) to find a shirt that has room for a woman's shape...hips waist boobs etc. that feels good and doesn't pinch in the wrong places is a dream come true. And it compliments my shape with a nice but not too tight waist.

    I have a meno belly and matronly boobs, I checked the measurements and crossed my fingers. It's a perfect fit. Having a mature lady in the modelling photos also helped me make my decision.

    I bought these as a beach cover up initially, but given how well they fit (the do up without gaping on the chest, have room for movement in the hips) I'm likely to wear them for so much more!

    Often to get things big enough to fit I have to go with mens sizing. Sleeves are too long, fit my bust but tight around the hips. These shirts are different.

    Thank you she wear for a product that actually does what it says it will.
