Bio mechanical footbed
Our removable bio mechanical footbeds are contoured to suit the shape of a woman’s foot, with structured arch support, a deep heel cup, and a metatarsal dome to relieve forefoot pressure. They promote natural alignment, reduce fatigue, and help manage common issues like plantar fasciitis, bunions, arthritis, and general foot pain. Made with breathable, moisture wicking materials to keep feet cooler and fresher all day.
Heel-to-toe pitch
Every she wear shoe features an elevated heel-to-toe pitch, designed to support your body’s natural gait and reduce strain on the heel, ankle, achilles, and lower leg. Our bodies weren’t built to spend long days standing or walking on hard, unforgiving surfaces .. this slight lift helps redistribute pressure, ease tension on the plantar fascia, and support smoother, more comfortable movement all day long. NB: Pitch is an internal measurement, not to be confused with heel height or stack height.
Shock absorbing midsoles
Our midsoles are made with high density, shock absorbing materials that cushion every step and reduces impact on joints and muscles. Unlike cheaper alternatives, our midsoles maintain their integrity over time and won’t flatten or compress with wear. Some safety styles include added Poron gel discs for an extra layer of anti fatigue defence.

Meet our founder
Meet Stacey, the founder and force behind she wear. Frustrated by the lack of comfortable, supportive footwear designed specifically for women, Stacey launched she wear in 2013 while working on a construction site - where she literally stood on a nail in a pair of ill-fitting boots.
Combining her lived experience with a passion for better design, she set out to create footwear that prioritises comfort, safety, and style for women at work and in life.
What began as a one-woman mission has grown into a trusted brand worn by thousands of women across Australia and beyond, and now spanning safety, work, lifestyle and active categories.
