I wear size 18-20 in womenswear and bought size 18, it's still quite spacious for me. I have to really cinch my tool belt over the waist!
I'm about 100kg, 5'6 with 38in waist, broad shoulder with long waist and extra long arms if anyone needs extra specifications. I'd probably go for size 16 next time.
Toilet zip is quite useful but I found it personally uncomfortable to use, felt like they were going to pop and split into two when I squatted down. However it would be good for shared toilet on site.
