How to find my workwear size?

By golly - sizing these days is so inconsistent #amiright?!

We've all been there - ordered something online in our usual size, only to have it turn up and be waaaay wrong. "Standard" size guides have led us all astray too many times - so we've banned them. Instead, we got busy hand measuring every piece of gear, in every size, so that you have the CORRECT info to make your best fit choice. We also give you our expert tried and tested size advice on each item!

IMPORTANT STUFF HERE

Better fit, better you

TBH - good gear options for women are darn hard to find. We know, coz we've searched high and low to bring together the best female fit gear for you, all in the one place. No unisex. No men's. Just workwear made specifically for women. We make this promise, coz we think your safety and comfort on the job is pretty bloody important! Plus, we all deserve to feel good, and look great, in stuff that fits

Measurements are best

On each workwear product page, you'll find a Size & Fit info panel. This provides the EXACT flat-lay measurements for that particular piece, in all available sizes. You can then compare our gear measurements to an item you already have that fits you well, and find the best size match. To safe-guard against inconsistent measuring techniques, we show you how we take our measurements in the video's below!

Compare apples with apples

When it comes to comparing gear measurements, it's always best to compare garments that are very similar in shape, fabric and fit. For instance, if you are considering a new mid-rise, slim fit, stretch cotton pant - be sure that the garment you already have (that fits you well), is also a similar stretch material, is slim fit and the waist sits at mid-height. This type of information is listed on the Size & Fit panel on each product page.

The Size & Fit info panel on each product page will also provide recommendations about going up or down a size, and generally shows the gear on women of different sizes and shapes, so you can gauge what fit may be best for you.

WHIP OUT THE TAPE MEASURE

Tops & outerwear measurement guide

For the most accurate measurements, button up the top (if needed), and lay it out on a flat surface, face up with the arms spread out in the natural position. Smooth the fabric so there are no wrinkles underneath or on top. While taking measurements, be sure the fabric is pulled taught, but not stretched.

KEEP THAT TAPE MEASURE HANDY!

Bottoms measurement guide

For the most accurate measurements, zip and button up the bottoms (if needed), and lay out on a flat surface, face up with the legs spread out in the natural position. Smooth the fabric and ensure the outer side seams form the edge of the garment. While taking measurements, be sure the fabric is pulled taught, but not stretched.
